We are upgrading to a new Dictaphone server with line side T1 cards and during testing the call is not disconnecting from the Dictaphone server side. The service provider says its a Dictaphone server problem and Dictaphone attributes it to a PBX programming problem. Enclosed is the programming of one of the DN's. Is there anything missing on the PBX side?

I think in the CLS you need LDTA line disconnect tone allowed

So I guess the question is what does the Dictaphone expect for disconnect? Or don't they know?

As mentioned above LDTA might work or you might have to play with FTR OSP... I have to use OSP on a couple of IVR systems, others like LDTA.
