An executive wants her second or rollover line to show the callers name and number. I have rebuilt her phone but when someone calls her it has her name at the top line and the person calling extension at the bottom. I have an Option 81 with 25.40 software. Cls has cnda dnda and I have changed between add and tdd and nothing works. Any ideas?

I duplicated the CLS of service and still have the same problem. This may be related to that we recieve two lines of external caller ID. We receive name and number thanks to changes done on our local PRIs. Any other sugguestions?

the way this is going to work is while the user is on her first line that callers name and number will appear, when the second line rings the first name and number will be replaced with the second one. Both caller ID's will not show at the same time. This is when class is TDD
