I have a user who says she frequently receive messages one and a half to 2 days later than when they were left.
Is there anyway to check this to know for sure?

I don't know of any way to check but the most likely problem is between the handset and the chair.

Some users have a tendency to use the 6 key a bit to quickly when going through messages. They manage to miss one every so often and complain when they don't hear it until the next day (or later). Once educated, most of them figure out how to use the system.

Saying that, I have read somewhere on the board here that there is a known problem with MerMail and late delivery but have never heard anything about CallPilot.

Just talked to the user again and she said her MWI light wasn't working.That's probably it and she is pretty nice about it unlike some users.
One of my favorites is when someone fat fingers their login 3 times and gets locked out they will say is that a commom problem or what causes that ?
