Issue creating a new MWK button. Getting error SCH5003.

SCH5003 means that you have to set MWA (Message Waiting Allowed) in Class of service.

Do you have the NTP's? Do you know how to search for an error code?

If you type err then the error code you are getting at the carrot prompt (>) they system will tell you what the error is.

It's good to get into the habit of doing this so you don't miss important things that your pbx may be telling you. :casstet:

depending on your software issue you might have to type !ERR SCH5003
all on one line, dont forget the exclamation at the beginning.
