HOW WELL DOES COLD WATER CLEAN?

Hi All,

Need ur imm. help. We are an inbound call center. with meridian 61c and symposium 4.0.We use ensemble dialer for screen popups and sccs as cti.The version of meridian 61c is 25.40. From last few days we ar facing a cross connect probloem with our inbound calls.

The description of the real scenario is:-

One call lands at agent desktop with screen popup and voice on phone. in next few secs another call will land with the screen popup, but agent will get interconnected . they will listen the voice of eachother and not customer.and in next few secs 3-4 more agent will be added to the same conversation listening eachother but not the cust.

Any help is highly appreciated. i m not even able to understand from where to start in the case.

CONFERENCE BRIDGES

Has the SCCS and the pbx been integrated long?

Either way, make sure you have all of the SCCS patches for the PBX loaded and make sure you have SCCS pep 9 loaded.
