| Hello! At least which software version do I require on an Option 11 to be able to configure call forking for every extension? I would like to do the following: When a call comes to an extension, the extension should ring and the call should be forwarded to an ISDN PRI at the same time (with the same number). Both lines should ring simultaneously, and the user can pick up which one he wants. Thanks, Miklos | ||||||||

You need a PCA ISM license for each number that you want to a apply this too. The cost is reasonable if you only require a few "forks" - less than $50-per I think, but don't quote me. Steamer | |||||||||
