Just as PP suggested, go to LD17 and turn off bug for your tty terminal. Keep in mind, that you should not ignore bug messages, as they could be pointing to a potential issue that needs addressing. Turning off the Bug codes, is like turning your car radio up so you cant hear the clanking in the engine

If possible, find an old PC, and hook up a tty port to it, and use that as your "bug collecting" terminal. Capture everything that goes on in the switch and review it periodically throughout the day.

What sofware release is the system on? Are the BUG information elements always the same or to they change every time?

Are there any complaints of crosstalk, garbling or other strange stuff from the users? Any IVRs or things of that nature involved?

How is the device number created on MSDL?

In one of your other posts you mentioned that you are having problems with phones you installed 2 miles away. Did the bug messages coincide with the installation of these phones? I would imagine there would be some garbled signalling between the set and line card since they are way out of normal operating range. You may want to disable the TN's or pull the jumpers an see if the bugs clear.

That BUG105 means that the system just prevented a "double timeslot problem". As suggested before any problems with crosstalk, do you have problems from the phones that you just installed at the remote site?

Is 18 25 a T-1?

Hi Justzikle,

Do you got DECT in your system ?
Found something about bug085
MPLR15719 - DECT: BUG085 FROM DISCONNECT MESSAGE FROM DECT SET IN RINGING STATE.
Its for release 25.15 25.40 and 25.40B
If you got one of these releases and dect,
check if you got that patch in service.
or,
BUG085 invalid switch hook state in ringing state.
Change the Periphonics hook flash timer from 500 to 800 ms.

For Bug105 , find out when this bug appears.
There are lot of different sircumstances when this bug appears and a lot of different sulutions.
