| I2050 not able to use remote office. Permission Denied (7) Scenario 1 i2004 with CLS VOUA and VLOA SCPW also set 1 2050 with above also. Able to use virtual office from i2004 to i2050 soft phone When use virtual office from i2050 to i2004 get a permission denied (7) which is not even a valid error code. I can use virtual office from any i2004/2 with no problems apart from sometimes the original phone does not go back to login. | ||||||||

| BCM and FTP Forget to mention versions of sfotware as follows 1.4.0 Build 363 of soft phone running on XP SP 2 Succession 4 installed on local CS1000 with Sig Server release 4.0.55 Think update on patches from approx 2 weeks ago when system was upgraded by BT Have succesion 4 on 3 sites, the soft phone virtual office will not work on the other sites either. 2 are older option 61's while 1 is a succession 1000 S. | ||||||||
