Anyone using a small call recording solution for just recording random sets. IDVR is to large/expensive.

Option 81c Shutdown Procedure

I have a couple of USB AuxBox units and they're almost one of those "set up and forget it" type of units. Besides being able to digitally record the conversation the software also records the CLID information presented for the call. Plus, the same box works with Norstar also.

Note that these will not work with the 9150 Remote Office units (which is why I ended up using IDVR for a multiple-station recording solution in one facility).

Check around with different distributors for pricing; I got mine for a good price from Graybar.

ACS Recording Jack interface.
Recording Software on internet was freeware...Phonesnd.com
Addresses and creates mp3 files.
Threshold adjustments for recording or manual start stop. I use this to retain voicemail rather than have people try and turn it into a dictaphone.

Versadial has a build it yourself and turnkey recording solutions. I built one myself a couple of years ago. Works pretty well for the money.

our smaller sites use Vocals, NiceLogs and NiceCall Focus. To record individual sets elsewhere we use Retell 703n's
