Outbound CLID?

Darby:

Try this on for size....

Build a 1 position queue that NCFWs to voice mail and enter that ACD-DN in the VSDN table to access the menu service. Then forward your phone to the DN of the 1 pos queue and you should flow to the MS.

Let us know how this turns out.

You might have to build a phantom number and forward your phone to that and have the phantom DCFW to that queue thing. I

That's what I thought too, but when I try to forward to the que dn it won't let me.

I get the error sch 5199 An invalid internal DN has been entered for the CFW key. The entered DN is either a normal DN, or FFC+DN. The Validation is done for both CFXD and CFXA classes of service.

Try building a Phantom extension and use that extension for the VSDN table. Forward your set to the phantom phone. What does that yield?

Once I just created a voice menu and set every key and the forward if no key press to call the external number. Put a quick greeting stating "please hold while your call is being transfered" .

Some people complaned about the short delay. I suggestd they suck it up since the call processing did what they wanted it to.
