Hi guys, new to the forum so if this is a simple problem I apologise in advance

Im working on a meridian 1 option 11c

Our tannoy system (a 500) is continually engaged, destination busy.

Is there a way to force it into an idle state without outing it and recreating it?

I've been searching the NTP's using helmsman typing in everything I can think of but drawing a blank. your help would be appreciated

Have you tried to Disable and Enable the set in LD 20?
