example of LDNsetup

Departmental Listed Directory Number
The Departmental Listed Directory Number (DLDN) feature allows specified telephones sharing
the same numbering plan to belong to one group out of a possible six groups within a
Meridian 1 customer. Each Departmental Listed Directory Number (DLDN) group is identified
by one of the customer’s Listed Directory Numbers (LDNs). Calls to specific Listed
Directory Numbers (LDN), or dial-0 calls from extensions within a particular group of
telephones, are directed to the Attendant Console or consoles assigned to that LDN.
If there is more than 1 Attendant console assigned a particular DLDN, calls are presented
to each console via a "round Robin" list, it is presented to the next console in the
list after the one that was last allocated a call.

If you dial a console with a 0 from a digital set or the console dials your ext. number.I noticed the display says 0-1, the users are telling me it use to say 8550, which is the LDN 0 entry. Any idea's as to why the displays are now reading 0-1 instead of the LDN 0 number?
