Tbl with calls not ringing set

Here's the deal:

I call our modem. I have to go through a SEB modem. I enter all the passwords, DNA, finger prints, and I get logged in. I stay connected for about :45 seconds to a minute then nothing. I stay connected but can't navigate. I have tried different lines, same issue.

Anyone have ideas?

Has the SEB lost it's sence of humour?

I used to work with one and about once a year it would just give up and I could not dial into it. The Vendor had to dial into the box and send a configuration file down to get it to work again.

I'm not sure. I can dial in and the vendor as well. They even asked me if we changed something. It just craps out @ :45 seconds. I even played with the baud rate, no change.

Our SEB was just flakey - it would work sometimes and other times it wouldn't go transparent to the Host. Ended up replacing the SEB.

I say check your config file in the SEB itself or start checking your warranty.
