Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9 Country: | Are the SCRs assigned to a given agent? It might be possible to build mail boxes for each SCR and have the MWI go to the same set. This could be confusing if the light never turns off for the dayshift person because the nightshift person has voice mail. What is your mail system? rlc | ||||||||

Rep Power: 4 | You need just one SCR-key on the ACD-set, but create a phantom for each agent, In symposium client, user-administration fill in the phantomnumber for each agent. Create in the meridianmail one mailbox with both the the phantomnumbers and MWI to the acd-set. Pennyman. | ||||||||

Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9 Country: | My two cents worth: Build your mail boxes for the two SCRs send the MWI to the same set. Then on the set build XMWKs for those mail boxes. Then the agents would be able to see which mail box was lighting the MWI light on the set. How does that fit in to your situation? rlc | ||||||||
