Message Waiting Light

I recently preformed a change to the SL-100 table dnattrs. I changed all the tuples from public to private. Prior to the change I would see caller name and number when calling to the M1 PBX. After the change I see only the calling number displayed. I confirmed this by changing one number in dnattrs form private to public. After the change from private to public in dnattrs I see both caller name and number. Any information that could help is appreciated. Thanks

Problem with NT8D09BA/BB Rls 1-8 cards

I am not familiar with the DMS 100, however, isn't this how it is suppose to work? Public numbers give caller id and name and privates do not. Kind of like how the central office send's annonymous or unknown for private numbers?

Works the same on our 100 at MSL12.

Oddly enough CPND works backwards in that a caller from site A to site B through the 100 will see the CPND of the person they called but the person being called only sees the number.

Check tables NETNAMES and CUSTNTWK. Your entries for PRIVATE should look like your entries for PUBLIC.
