Assume your refering to the Analog Terminal Adapter?
You'll need to program a phone set (3000 series, you can copy from the users set if you'd like, but remember to remove the secondary key and change the primary (Non DID works best unless they're in NEED of inbound calls) to the DATA TN (16-31) of the SAME card as the user holds....
The TN should be in line with the TN of the users phone TN:
IE: My phone is TN 100 0 6 11 my ATA is built to TN 100 0 6 27
SO..think of the card with two sides 0-15 on the left, 16-31 on the right....What is on the left has a counterpart on the right.
THEN....CLS of the ATA TN needs FLXA to keep it alive.
Think that's about all, really...All else can be defaulted.
