Location: Carrollton,TX Rep Power: 5  | RE: Confusing issue going on with routing. Opt 81C, software Succession 3.0 to Octel OV250 using FLT-N cards, software Aria3.11 Test was performed this past Saturday and when a call is placed internally and routed to the VM the ports answers correctly. When a call is made from outside and routed to the VM the port card on the VM binks on every cycle but is RNA. The PBX was upgraded to this new software recently and we are sure that is when the issues started. I have verified the VM side is correct and do not see errors on the VM CDR making me beleive this is a PBX issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. | ||||||||
