Hi,everyone, who can tell me how to enable the serial port to connect the attendant console to PC or other equipments?

IF I REMEMBER RIGHT IT'S ONLY FOR FACTORY TESTING

No enabling required, calling line ID, CPND information is there as soon as you plug in to PC to interface with whatever software you're trying to use. I don't remember whether or not the RS232 port is DCE or DTE but I believe it is DCE to make it easy to use a standard serial cable between console and PC.

Of course, your software has to understand the information that is being streamed to it.
