Location: Missouri Rep Power: 7  | I am using a T-1 TIE Trunk route to send calls to an IVR system. When all trunks in the route are busy I get reorder. Is there any way to cause them to return a busy signal instead? I am using CDP TSC to get them to this route, due to the need to do some digit manipulation to send some DNIS digits to the PC on the far end of the T-1. | ||||||||

Are you internal or external to your PBX for the test? This will skew your results when testing INT. Be sure to be simulating the call path of a normal caller. rlc | ||||||||

I went and looked at a site that I have the busy tone working on and found that I had set all of the NBLK entries to BSY as well... when I set them to OVF it changed from slow busy to overflow.  | ||||||||
