Location: South Africa Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Hi all: I am attempting to find a incoming caller line identity. When I run the normal call by call stats report, I can only see dialed numbers. I imported the callbycall data base into MSAccess, but there is no additional information. The following is confirmed: - The caller phoned in today at approx 08:07h - I can see the abandend call in the DNIS stats - His CLID number shows and is recognized (I managed to find the incoming call on a TMS system) - The application where the call was treated is set to "Local" in the Historical Statistics "Call by Call" tab Is there some other setting that must be enabled to include CLID in the call by call stats?? As a matter of fact, I don't find any CLID numbers. Thanks

Location: Midwest Rep Power: 4 ![]() | AMLM024 08 How are callers getting to Symposium? Are they calling an 800# and getting there by the CDN, or are they are going through some type of IVR or menu service? What number do you see in call-by-call instead of the CLID? I believe that if the call goes through an IVR or menu service, you will see the DN for that service, and CLID will only be shown when the call is presented directly versus through one of those services. You could test this by calling the CDN directly, or set up a test number that IDC's to the CDN, then run a call-by-call report to see if your CLID shows up. The setting of "local" in Historical Statistics is correct, and I'm not aware of any other settings needed to collect statistics.

Location: Midwest Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Sorry, another question...What release of Symposium and what SU are you at? It looks like there was a fix for missing CLID when calls are transferred from Meridian Mail with SU 11: Q00526355 SCCS 4.0 CBC Reports missing Original CLID when transferred from Meridian Mail

Location: South Africa Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Hi Kristy: the caller dials a DNIS, that is IDC to an acquired CDN. The CDN triggers an application. I am only using RAN messages after 5 and 20 seconds respectively (average answer delay is 3 seconds). The call is never routed to voice mail for this particular script. I am using SCCS 200 verison 4.2, not sure about the SU. Some one mailed me a sample extract from his call by call, and the CLID shows up under "EventData" as "CLID:nnnn". The CLID is definitely present, as I can pick it up in the Meridian's CDR stream.... Thanks

Location: South Africa Rep Power: 5 ![]() | outing TN in hunt. It's not in a hunt group? I found the problem: I forgot to check the obvious! Call by Call was not enabled for the MASTER SCRIPT. So the CLID information is stored there. Now that it's turned on, I can see all the incoming phone numbers. Magic. Thanks for your input KristiK
