| Regarding the Nortel Norstar Flash Voicemail system, when I transfer a caller to a certain extension, that voicemail box for that extension is not answering the call. That particular voicemail box has been initialized so I am not sure why it is not answering as it should. Any ideas on how I can get it answering calls when that person is not at their desk??? | ||||||||

You will need to make sure that forward no answer is enabled under system programming / terminals and sets / capabilities and you will need to forward it to your startalk flash dn. You can look this up by pressing FEATURE 985. Jes | ||||||||
