Location: Midwest Rep Power: 6 ![]() | pbxn, you will turn distinctive ringing on in the route (LD 16 - DRNG=Yes). If turning distinctive ringing on causes issues with fax machines answering, you may need to make a change in the distinctive cadence in LD 56 at the DCAD prompt-- change from default of 2 to 4. | ||||||||

Location: Midwest Rep Power: 6 ![]() | At the set level, at the DNRI prompt you can select a distinctive number ringing index for incoming calls from 0-4. The indexes NDR1-4 determine ring cadences which are set in LD 56. The number of CFNA ring cycles for distinctive ring are determined in the Customer Data Block (LD 15) at the DFN0, DFN1, or DFN2 prompt, and for the phone are based on what is programmed in LD 11 at the RCO prompt 0, 1 or 2.
