CalPilot 1.07 702t tower

Just wondering if anybody has any experience restoring a CallPilot system from
backup tapes. If you have, I'd like to know what kind(brand, size, etc.) of tapes were used.
I'm having some problems restoring data to a 1.07 from backup tapes. I can only see the user information but not the system information.

Don't know if you are doing this but you have to restore volume E and F also if I remember correctly to get all the info.
One good thing about call Pilot 2 is you just have to run one restore and it will cover everything.

We were restoring all 3 pieces of data but couldn't get the 'System' backup to restore; actually when we were trying to do the restore to the server the 'system' information was not recognized as being on the tape.
We have 3 tapes in rotation and they all had the same problem so I just trying to find tapes now that other people have used successfully.
