I am configure Avaya Messaging Networking 2.0 to communicate with Nortel CallPilot 2.0 using VPIM. However, I follow the instruction to configure the VPIM shortcut but somehow when the CallPilot prompts users to enter mailbox before compose a message the system ignores the mailbox entered is a VPIM mailbox. Can someone help me configure callpilot to support VPIM.
