Just set the MOH to no in the trunk group you are using for the CNF call. Make sure you turn that back on once you are done.

Send a message via AIM to HCJes
You could also use a NHC (no hold conference) key instead of an ao6 (conference) key. NHC does not place people on hold when you add other parties.

The problem with the NHC is that they hear you dialing instead...
But this could be a good solution.

Thanks

There are dip switches on the TDS/Conf. card that control this.

HSantos,

You can change MUS from YES to NO on routes during the day, without any impact.

Another approach to your original question. Remove music from your CDB customer data block. That way callers waiting in queue will still get music, but people who are put on hold, or are waiting to get joined to the conf will not hear music.

There are NO dip switches that control music.

the dip switches only control if you get tones during Conf. calls
