Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Startalk Power Supply We have a 61C, Version 2921, Release 3. Since we went to that release, we have had an issue with calls not following the correct coverage path. Calls will stick on the phones and never go to voice mail as they should (and always did, before the new release). The users' voice mailboxes are not full, we have plenty of Call Pilot ports so we're not busied out, and all the CP ports have been tested to make sure they're working. We recently had a patch installed for a known problem with Call Log on this release and was I was wondering if anyone is aware of any known problems regarding coverage (hunt/fdn) on this release.

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I'm bumping this post because there has been a development. After getting SBC and Nortel involved, some patches were downloaded to our switch. The result? Now this problem is universal throughout the system instead of random: If calls are programmed to cover directly to voice mail, they will do so whether the Make Set Busy button is activated or not. If calls are programmed to go to an extension as the first point of coverage and THEN to voice mail, the programming WILL work if the Make Set Busy button is off, but will NOT work if the Make Set Busy button is on. With Make Set Busy on, calls will follow to the first point of coverage (the extension) and then just ring there and never go to voice mail. So it seems like the system is now allowing only one point of coverage - but ONLY if the Make Set Busy button is activated. Anyone else ever experience this or have any ideas?

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Here is a TN from one of the affected phones. When the user's phone is not on MSB, the coverage is fine. When the MSB is activated, calls go to extension 2779 and will just continue to ring there if unanswered and the call never goes to voice mail: DES 2706 TN 004 1 08 03 TYPE 3904 CDEN 8D CTYP XDLC CUST 0 FDN 2779 TGAR 1 LDN NO NCOS 6 SGRP 0 RNPG 0 SCI 0 SSU 0500 LNRS 16 XLST SCPW CLS CTD FBD WTA LPR MTD FNA HTA TDD HFA GRLD CRPA STSD MWA LMPN RMMD SMWD AAD IMD XHD IRD NID OLD VCE DRG1 POD DSX VMD CMSD SLKD CCSD SWD LNA CNDA CFTD SFA MRD DDV CNID CDCA MSID DAPA BFED RCBD ICDD CDMD LLCN MCTD CLBD AUTU GPUD DPUA DNDD CFXD ARHA CLTD ASCD CPFA CPTA ABDD CFHD FICD NAID BUZZ AGRD MOAD AHD DDGA NAMA DRDD EXR0 USMD USRD ULAD RTDD RBDD RBHD PGND OCBD FLXD FTTC DNDY DNO3 MCBN CPND_LANG ENG RCO 0 BFTN 004 1 08 06 HUNT 2779 LHK 2 PLEV 02 AST IAPG 0 AACS NO ITNA NO DGRP MLWU_LANG 0 MLNG ENG DNDR 0 KEY 00 SCR 2526 0 MARP CPND NAME XPLN 13 DISPLAY_FMT LAST,FIRST 01 SCR 3526 D MARP CPND NAME XPLN 13 DISPLAY_FMT LAST,FIRST 02 SCR 4526 D MARP CPND NAME XPLN 13 DISPLAY_FMT LAST,FIRST 03 BFS 004 1 08 06 04 MSB 05 CSD 06 ADL 16 07 ADL 16 08 ADL 16 09 ADL 16 10 ADL 16 11 HOT D 0 2239 12 13 14 15 16 MWK 2500 17 TRN 18 AO6 19 CFW 16 2779 20 RGA 21 PRK 22 RNP 23 SCC 2526 24 PRS 25 CHG 26 CPN 27 28 29 30 31 Here's the RDR-DATA info: TYPE RDR_DATA CUST 00 OPT CFF CFRD PVCD CWRD FNAD HNT FNAT HNT FNAL HNT CFTA NO CCFWDN CFN0 3 CFN1 2 CFN2 6 DFN0 4 DFN1 2 DFN2 6 DNDH NO MDID NO NDID NO MWFB NO TRCL 0 CRT0 00 00 00 00 CRT1 00 00 00 00 CRT2 00 00 00 00 CRT3 00 00 00 00 DAY0 DAY1 DAY2 DAY3 HOLIDAY0 HOLIDAY1 HOLIDAY2 HOLIDAY3
