Startalk Power Supply

We have a 61C, Version 2921, Release 3.

Since we went to that release, we have had an issue with calls not following the correct coverage path. Calls will stick on the phones and never go to voice mail as they should (and always did, before the new release). The users' voice mailboxes are not full, we have plenty of Call Pilot ports so we're not busied out, and all the CP ports have been tested to make sure they're working.

We recently had a patch installed for a known problem with Call Log on this release and was I was wondering if anyone is aware of any known problems regarding coverage (hunt/fdn) on this release.

Silly of me to ask but are the phones setup to hunt to Voice Mail?
In CLS do you have MWA and HTA?
In HUNT do you have the extension for VM?

Any chance that MARP was turned on/off during the upgrade?

I'm bumping this post because there has been a development. After getting SBC and Nortel involved, some patches were downloaded to our switch. The result? Now this problem is universal throughout the system instead of random:

If calls are programmed to cover directly to voice mail, they will do so whether the Make Set Busy button is activated or not.

If calls are programmed to go to an extension as the first point of coverage and THEN to voice mail, the programming WILL work if the Make Set Busy button is off, but will NOT work if the Make Set Busy button is on. With Make Set Busy on, calls will follow to the first point of coverage (the extension) and then just ring there and never go to voice mail.

So it seems like the system is now allowing only one point of coverage - but ONLY if the Make Set Busy button is activated.

Anyone else ever experience this or have any ideas?

Wildman, can you post the TNB of a couple of the problem phones?
And also the RDR_DATA from LD 21.

I don't have any ideas but it might help put it in perspective.

Also, what release were you on before 03.00?

Here is a TN from one of the affected phones. When the user's phone is not on MSB, the coverage is fine. When the MSB is activated, calls go to extension 2779 and will just continue to ring there if unanswered and the call never goes to voice mail:

Have you tried SFA in CLS for ext 2779? Or maybe 2526, I can't remember which one it should be
