wow (I'm Runk!!!)

I have a problem with my outgoing calls my carrier required me to send what they call a default ani(024543333). Has any one have any idea about this? I'm connected with our carrier using DTI2 E1R2. Thanks in advance.

Unless the spans are PRI , I don't think the PBX has any control on what ANI is being sent . In that case the provider of the trunks controls the ani, as in analog trunks.

Assuming you have the facilities to pass the CLID info, I have built CLID tables here, and can send out my info that way. One way this works great is for users on the switch who have internal only DN's. You can build the table in Ld 15 and then assign it a number (I started with 2). As you build the DN key on the set, you assign the table you just built, and the digits are passed.

ex: key 0 scr 5555 2

If that is what you are looking for, it is under LD 15 Net gate opener.

Unless the spans are PRI , the PBX cannot send any calling line info to the network. It is the provider of the trunks who controls the ani, as in alog trunks

Upgrade to SCCS 5

Are they configured as PRI with a D-Channel? That's the only way I know of to have the PBX control what ANI is put out on the network. If you're trunks are defined in the CFN as PRI ISDN = YES, and you see D-channels programmed in the ADAN portion of the CDB, then the PBX can control the ANI output via CLID tables.

For those of you in North America, bon is using R2-MFC signalling (which you don't have) for sending/receiving the CLID.

How do I configure Callpilot release 2 to support VPIM.

Easy way is on RDB, put in Billing Number and that is always transmited out on your routs. No mater what your using for out bound trunks. LD 16 SBN default no, change to yes. Fredtech2
