Our call forward, transfer and conference buttons don't work anymore on our Option 11C. The only recent change I made was to switch EXTT to NO in LD 15. I've been thru the manuals and can't seem to get a handle on where to start looking. Any ideas? Thanks.

Sending callers out on a different route
OHS error= operator head space. Don't lift the receiver before pressing FWD.
