Post TNB/ACD. Is this the only set? Do you have others working? Check and compare.

A few questions:

Can you toggle MSB on and off and see the display and LED state change ?

Is there a handset or headset plugged in ?

When the set was swapped out was the handset and cord or headset swapped as well.

On ACD the handset or headset must be present and "seen" by the set for the acd functionality to work...

Just some initial ideas ....

MSB - you can see the display when you toggle

The headset was plugged in, the phone has also been swapped out and the headset, I have also reprogrammed a new phone and the same problem still occurs.......

I had the same problem and what was happening was when I sent back my bad sets to the vendor, they were replaced with a different part number. I believe what works is a NTZK16 (2616 SET). Basically what you need is a set that has inline power and enhanced display. Look at the part number of a phone that works with the one that doesn't.

to see if its a hardware issue, try taking a known good working set and swapping it with the suspect. does the issue follow the set or the programming ?

does symposium's real time views show the set ready and not ready according to the diamond. If yes, I would agree its the set vintage.
