System is option 11c with call pilot mini. One of our customer has three universal numbers( 3 different incoming no.), they want to setup three different greetings for these three nos. i mean when a calls from these three no no hit PABX they get three different greeting but the terminationg DN (ATDN=0) is same.( is there any way that we can assign these three incoming trunks with different greeting and three different ATDN)??. i M STUCK AT THAT POINT.Pls guide me if there is any way to play three different greetings for these three incoming nos with three different ATDN or same ATDN.

Can you just set each trunk to ATDN to a difference ACD queue and have the queue NCFW to voicemail? Or do you need it to ring at DN 0 first?

Yes exactly i wants three ACD Que(if it is possible with only one que then its ok) for these three incoming lines and then NCFW (points to three different greetings) to voice mail then the ATDN or operator. (can i also assign three different operators for these three linnes after gettin voice mail got to three different ATDN????????
pls help in this matter if its possible
