Rep Power: 6  Gender:  Country:  | We have an Option 11C switch and I have a route of Pots lines that hunt (11 total) for calls in and out of our office. Is there any way that I could make it so that only the "Main Number" shows up for the CLID instead of the actual line that picks up to place the call? Right now whatever line picks up is the CLID displayed at the far end. We would like to only display our main number. Thank You | ||||||||

See configuration below: ENTRY 0 HNTN XXX ESA_HLCL ESA_INHN NO ESA_APDN YES HLCL 555xxxx DIDN NO HLOC LSC ENTRY 1 HNTN xxx ESA_HLCL ESA_INHN NO ESA_APDN YES HLCL 555xxxx DIDN NO HLOC LSC When you place a call, the number that shows up is xxx-555-TTTT, not the xxx-555-xxxx number. | ||||||||
