Completely Off Topic !!!!

I have the opportunity to Run some reports for my company on a Meridian 11C and am having trouble logging. I am using Hyperterminal to logon and I was wonder what kind of settings are needed. I am trying to connect to an "SEB" Modem, but it never seems to connect. Currently I have the baud rate set at 1200 and the terminal is set for vt100. I have called the modem on my phone and I get modem tone, so I know it is working. Maybe my settings are wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, as I am used to AVAYA and am a Meridian Newbie, where would I go to get get some reference info as far as commands are concerned. I just have the basics on how to run some Traffic reports in "Load 2"

Thanks,

Option 61C tie to Tadaran Coral

You need the password for the SEB, you can't go any further until you input that.
it is different from the option 11c.
Here is the Name and number for Telronics to get the password if you don't have it.

Acewarlock

PS: they can also tell you the correct speed and other setting to set your computer to.

It is important NOT to reset the SEB by pushing the reset button 13 =
times. This will wipe out the database, and asp that are in the SEB, and =
you will need to have it reprogrammed. Which will cost money.

Teltronics is the manufacturer of the SEB, and supports it as well. We
will call into the SEB, and give you the passwords if you need them at
no charge! we do this as a courtesy. However, if you need any
programming or changes made, we will require a P.O.

Call the number I gave you in my last post and they can tell you the correct setting, they can also test the SEB to see if it is working.

LOOP/Channel Question

I was able to get in! I compared all of the HyperTerminal settings with the Onsite person for that location and found that I was really bright!! I did not have the dialing properties set right, had dial 9 for local, but forgot to have it dial 9 for long distance, which this call was for me!  :P

Acewarlock, thanks for the help.
