Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Option 11c tied to 61c Does anyone use a ProComm Plus to collect ACD reports? I have a setup for my customer service where the QPC 139 car out put data via ProComm Plus to a P.C. Lately, the report has become very intermittent. I expect to receive reports every our, however, at time an hour is missing or two hours are missing. I did anything you can think about. The problem is not solved. The QPC 139 card does have two output ports, I swapped them back and forth and still have the same problem. I need a desperate help. Is anyone out there using ACD and collect the same report with a different software, programm, plus suggest something, please help me. Thanks Lmensah1@hotmail.com | ||||||||

Location: Philadelphia Rep Power: 6 ![]() | digital line card vintages swap out the PC with a Dec Terminal and see if it still happens, also check your SCB to make sure it is setup correctly. If it does, try moving the ACD printer to a SDI paddle board also try going over your serial settings, like XON, XOFF, DTR, DSR etc. Use either soft flow control or hard flow control, but not both. If it stops, then there are config issues in the procomm, pc serial port, software or the pc itself | ||||||||
