Location: Wisconsin Rep Power: 5  Country:  | Do you sell Nortel New and Used Stuff? Just installed call pilot on an option 81 which has a option 11 tied to it with PRI's that share the mail, here is the problem, if a 81 phone calls the option 11 and gets tranfered back to mail the caller gets the login greeting for call pilot. (please enter your mailbox number and password) that is with tro turned off. If tro is turned on the caller gets the mailbox users greeting which is correct. Also if a caller calls the remote site via DIDs directly to the remote site then gets tranfered across the PRI to the call pilot the caller gets the login greeting. So basicly if the call comes across the pri the call gets the login greeting instead of the voicemail users greeting.....any ideas? | ||||||||
