AUX Ringer Problems

All,

I hope you can help with this - at one of our sites, when callforwards are activated to an external nbr, only calls from the local dial code are forwarded. This is on all phones at this site.
I have no training on this side of things and would appreciate any assistance. Or to put it another way.......HELP!!

Probably the NCOS restriction on the incoming trunks does not allow the call.
There are other factors that control trunk-to-trunk calls like supervision that may be affecting it as well.
If you are not too experienced then you may want to cantact a vendor to help you with this.

AND..you'll want to FULLY investigate the REASON those outside calls aren't being forward out.......this is USUALLY the case, (most even internal calls aren't allowed to foward externally), as to prevent toll fraud.

An outside call being forwarded to an outside number through your PBX= any number of calls (even LD) on YOUR companies dime...
