Hello all,

Got a problem I've never seen before. When building or changing a 500 set on my lab PBX (11C 25.15) I can't specify CFW digits. i.e. on other switches I can say "FTR CFW 4 1000" and then the default forward will be to extension 1000. On mine, as soon as I put in "FTR CFW 4" and hit the space bar, it brings me back to "FTR", and saves "CFW 4" Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Arch

For the FTR feature to work the 500 needs to be a phantom TN.

you can put your butt set on the tn and hit #1 than the 1000. or at the ftr prompt hit space bar cfw 4 1000. might work that way.

AC - That's correct. You're adding a Feature. But you turn the feature on and off at the set.

Otherwise you'd use the Phantom and DCFW.
