mmp40 card swapping

I have an Opt 61C tied to a Tadaran Coral 3 via T1. When using 4 digit dialing across the tie there is a 6 to 7 second delay before the call connects. The 61 is also tied to an 11 via PRI which of course has no delay. When 4 digit dialing from the Tadaran to the 61 there is no delay. Any tips on fixing this? I can post the programming if needed. Thanks

White noise happening on some calls

When you say you use 4 digit dialing does that mean access code or CDP ?.
give a little more info as to what you are dialing. Some places I have worked, used * in the DGT list to put in a 3 second delay.

Must be the cold..

If you are using 4 digit CDP check your ESN DATA BLOCK in LD 86 for NCDP> This should be set to 4. If this is not set, then the PBX is timing out on the NIT timer (Network Interdigit Timer)

The LONG way around this is to assign FLEN 4 in the CDP DSC, but the proper way is to dictate it in the ESN block if you have standard 4 digit dialing.

If you are using an access code (ACOD) then I suggest you change over to a standard CDP arraingement.

We have an Option 11C tied to a Coral with a E1 and QSIG. We use NET, AC2, SPN with FLEN 0, and we have no delay.

I am using CDP and the NCDP prompt in the ESN block is set to 4 - do you think changing the FLEN prompts to 4 also would help?
