Location: St. Louis, Mo Rep Power: 6 ![]() | What's in a name? We are running Symposium Express Call Center 3 here. We are finding that the numbers on the reports are not adding up properly for things like %abandoned %ASA and average talk time. Can someone please explain to me why Nortel using strange formulas to come up with these totals? Where is the information pulled from? [Edited on 4/2/2003 by melvin_turner]

Location: Terre Haute, IN Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Cisco Call Manager Question Good Luck. We are running Symposium 4.0.7 and lots of the numbers don't add up. Our vendor has been working on this for months and ETAS had had it for almost 3 weeks. I don't believe anyone there knows how the numbers are supposed to add up. They have added and removed multiple patches on the M1 and Symposium but it still is not fixed. They are currently doing multiple traces to determine which Symposium services are causing the problem. Check and be sure you have all the current patches for the server, PBX and your client.
