Ok Guys, after reading some post on the board, I purchased two NT1R20 OPS Analog line cards for Hook Flash Disconnect for some emergency telephone in some elevators, however, I have not been able to get the line to work right. What am I doing wrong?

I do not want answer supervision, or battery reversal, just hook flash supervision. I made sure that the class of service of OPS was enable. Also enabled the ISP feature, as you can tell. Also made sure that the card density read DD. What am I missing?

Looking at a multi-meter, I never saw the voltage removed from the line. However, when it enabled feature OPS 1, I saw the battery reversal, but I need the voltage to be removed from the line.
