Looking to setup department keys.... at one time our system was setup this way... I found some old notes. I want to implement it again.... Something like press 2 for accounting press 3 for sales and so on .

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you are trying to create a Mail menu,

1. Voice Service Adminstration, hmm...well, I am on Call Pilot now, so I will have to dial into one of my remotes to remember how to do it. . I want to help you with exact instructions anyways. You created the Voice Service DN, Define the Menu and record the greetings and away you go...

Its pretty simple, my memory isn't so good at night without a TTY in front of me.
