QPC720E(PRI) in Core/Net vs. Common Equipment
Hey all. I am having a problem with my MWK keys. I have a suer who has a line appearance on keys 3 and 5 with different DN's. When you open those lines and hit messages it does not go to that phone's voicemail box. It goes into his key 0 box. I have the LHK set correctly. Anything else I should look for? Thanks.

No problem. Anyone else? I don't have this problem on any other phones with a similar setup. I am honestly leaning toward user error but I want to rule out everything.

What happens when the user dials the v/m pilot number from keys 3 or 5?

How is Cisco connected to option?

Can you post a TNB ?
