Does anyone know how to turn traffic back on for a Meridian Option 61c? We are using OTM Traffic to capature this information but everytime I run a report I only get 0 in all the columns...This was working before. I believe its in Overlay 2 but dont know for sure.

Any help would be great!

Yes - it's in LD 02.

Click on Features in the Main Menu to the left
<----
and open encyclopedia.
Then do a search for Traffic.

I don't see a feature option to the left....I'll do a search for traffic.

Ok - It's because it's under supporters..

Otm will turn it on for you....
Go to Traffic in OTM
click Maintenance Tab
go down to collection??
and click setup PBX for Traffic( then OTM goes in and turns on everything)
