Something didn't MEASURE up w/Billing's Billing practices
Years ago I recall a feature that allows any Meridian user to observe a call on an appearance DN on a given set. I.E. Incoming call, non acd, needs to be observed by the snoopervisor. What is the feature? Thanks for any help!

This must be a new one, or it's new to me. I thought you had to be in and ACD group for the observe feature to work.

A really crude way is to have POA in supervisors CLS and need to have dn of observee on sups phone. When employee is on phone press dn key and sup is in on call. Helps to have a mute key!
