Rep Power: 7 ![]() | A NEW TOPIC... The problem is that the Acd reports will loose an hour of info for different ques at different times. I talked to Avotos and they told me that the information that they received from the Meridian system was out of sync or it was garbage. I know that this is not a report that the Nortel switch puts out, but it seems to me they are blaming Nortel. There are no errors in the History file to suggest anything going wrong around the time when the reports are lost. Has anyone had this problem before? Any suggestions on how I might be able to get to the bottom of this? Thanks.

Location: Chlt-NC Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Music On Hold for Option 11C Are you using ACD-C2 or Meridian Max for reporting? If you have Max, are you seeing any HSL lock ups? Check your MGCR settings in the CFN. Should be set to between 20 and 25. It should not show as NUL or 255. Also, check your Capacity Configuration in Max, and make sure you are not exceeding any of the values. Theres a couple of other things to do in Max, but lets hear your responses before we go any further.
