Call Pilot Manuals

I have 2 NTVQ55AA Itg cards in an option 11c software version 2111, release 25, issue 30. I have been stepping up to the next tn each time I add a voip phone. I would like to know the limit on how many sets/tn's I can add?? I have also had some complaints of echo on voip sets, my end only. I was thinking I could resolve this by prioritizing bandwidth with my business policy switches. Any insights will be much appreciated.

RAN TRK CONN in relation to MIRAN simultaneous listener capa

Each NTVQ55AA has 24 Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) which are used when an IP set calls an analog set/digital set/trunk. Up to 96 IP phones can be registered to each NTVQ55AA. So the MAXIMUM supported is 96 but this needs to be reduced based upon the number of simultaneous IP to non-IP calls.

Limit on voip tn's

I don't think prioritizing the traffic will solve your echo problem. Are you running the latest release of software in the ITG? Which phones are you using? We have had to deal with echo on the i2050's but the i2004's have been fine.

Cell Phone Plans

The latest software (IP Line 3.0) started shipping on 31 October so - unless your vendor upgraded - you wouldn't have the latest software. IP Line 3.0 also had an "Audio Capture" capability which your vendor can use to help debug audio-related problems such as the echo.
