Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Supervisor Observe from analog set? I thought there was a setting in the PBX that you use when programing a 500 (analog device) that will prevent the PBX from locking out the port on the analog line card. In the NTP Feature Guide there is a feature called 500/2500 Line Disconect. Is this what I'm after. One tech tried setting extending the timer, but that has not solved the problem. If the Fax machine (running over PRI) is keeping a call established with dialtone or no disconect, can you prevent the port on the analog card from disabling (or have I answered my own question with the Line Disconect feature). Only the TN of the 500 set where the fax is programed to goes into lockout (not the B-Channel on the PRI). Thanks. | ||||||||
