Country:
The following programming is used for setting up US Robotics core modems. It includes AT commands. Should hopefully work for you.

1. There are 8 dip switches on the rear of the modem. Set switches S1,
S3, S7, & S8 in the down position.
2. Connect the modem to a local TTY terminal or personal computer
using a 25 pin RS232 cable.
3. NOTE: It is not recommended to use a PC unless it is certain that the
serial port of the PC can be set to 9,600 baud. The actual serial port
rate may not be what is indicated by the software on the PC.
4. Set the terminal or personal computer serial port to 9,600 baud (8
data bits/ no parity/ 1 stop bit).
5. Turn the power ON to the modem.
6. Using the terminal or the terminal portion of the personal computer
communications package, issue the following AT commands.
7. AT&B1&W&W1 <Carriage Return>
8. Turn the power OFF to the modem, and disconnect it from the
terminal
or personal computer.
9. Set the ( dip switches on the rear of the modem as follows: Set
switches S1 and S4 in the “down” position and the rest in the “up”
position.
10. Connect the modem to the Meridian 1 system as instructed in the
NTPs.
11. Turn the power ON to the modem.
12. NOTE: Assure that the SDI ports the modem is connected to are set
to 9,600 baud and set up for DTE operation. Core ports on J21 are
fixed at 9,600 baud and DTE operation.
13. The modem is now ready for communication with the Meridian 1.
