revert dn

Anytime we dial a long distance number we now have a pauseof 3-6 seconds before it begins ringing. Nothing changed in our OPtion 11 that I know of, these are PRI loops. Any thoughts, thanks.

Unable to monitor phones

Could be the way your carrier is routing al or some of your traffic. Check and se if they have made any changes. They will say they did not. If you say the quality seems better then they will say they did.

Are all of you outbound loops enabled?

Are there available channels to process the LD calls?

Any problem with local calls?

Same or different trunks for ld vs local?

What happens if you dial the number & then press the # key?
