Can anyone tell me where I can find a glossary of all the programming commands on the 61c pbx system. I am new to The pbx world and would like to understand what all the abbrievations stand for on aprint out of tnb i did... anything would help thanks

Do you have access to the NTPs or the MERL CDs? That is the ideal place to start.

What training have you had on the Meridian Options?

Start with NTP 553-3001-311 (Administration)

Here are some others to look for...

553-3001-411 (System messages)

553-3001-511 (Maintenance)

553-3001-306 (Features and Services)

Those are the basic manuals that I recommend everyone keep within arms reach when doing anything in one of these systems.

Those are wide open links - there shouldn't be an issue. What error are you getting?
