A tragedy...

Please let this be an easy fix. =)

Opt 11 with DID trunks and CO trunks. How am I able to send out only 1 number (our main number) rather than various numbers from our hunt group? We have many people calling back numbers other than our main number because they called what they saw on their caller id box. The original problem was callers would dial the last number in a hunt and often times get a busy signal. I changed hunt from a linear hunt to circular, but we still only want to send out our main number. Is this still a LEC issue?

Symposium Express licensing

If you are having people call you did numbers directly back from the outside after
a user called someone and they used the caller id to return that call, then your Nortel is setup to transmit the NPA, NXX and the 4 digit extension number. Please print out your config record and post it. We will be able to help after that.

Supervisor Observe from analog set?

Sorry, I'm not being clear. It's not the DID numbers that clients are calling back, they are calling back different numbers from our CO hunt group. We want our main number (non-DID) to show up on caller id's, nothing else. Does this help?

Codes after 5:30 PM

It would be the TELCO. Sorry, only PRI's can send out custom calling line ids.
